Patio brunch? Yes please! This is our Beer Braised Short Rib Hash: Braised short rib, two poached eggs, caramelized pearl onion, truffle roasted mushrooms, fresh cheese curds, and hash browns. Brunch is served 12pm to 3pm.

NEW Community Collab Brew: First Call Blood Orange IPA! We've joined together with our sister brewpubs Jasper Brewing Co., Banff Ave Brewing Co, and Campio Brewing Co. for our first ever charity collaboration brew to honour and support Alberta's first responders. First Call is a refreshing blood orange IPA featuring notes of tangerine, grapefruit and lime, with a blood orange twist. $2.50 from each 4-pack will be donated to Legacy Place Society whose mission is to provide emp...athetic support in the first responder and military community. $1 from every 18oz draught pour of First Call sold at Last Best will support Calgary Alpha House Society's DOAP team (Downtown Outreach Addictions Partnership) who work tirelessly to remove barriers for individuals with multiple risk factors, such as street issues, by coordinating access to a range of medical, shelter, housing, and addiction programs. The work that this organization accomplishes continues to make a better Beltline for all of us, especially those who need it. A special thanks to our industry partners Canada Malting Co. Strong tropical, citrus, and grapefruit notes, with a pine finish, 6% abv. $1 from every pint sold in the month of November will go towards the Food for Thought campaign, a collaboration between Calgary’s three residential shelters for women and children fleeing domestic violence: Sonshine Community Services, The Brenda Strafford Centre, & Discovery House Family Violence Prevention Society. As November is Family Violence Prevention Month, the campaign's goal is to give the community some food for thought about domestic violence and raise funds for these organizations. Here's what Valley Brewing has to say: Our Namesake Hazy IPA is double dry hopped during fermentation with 3 of our favourite hop varieties and finished off with a juicy dry yeast, natural carbonation and 2 weeks of aging in a horiz...ontal brite tank. Namesake also took home the judges choice award at the 2019 Last Best IPA Tap Takeover! Valley Brewing opened in August 2019, located in the heart of downtown Drumheller next to a beautiful park.
