Adapt or influence? What is your comfort zone? I personally think the world needs both. A good mix of humble leaders and loyal followers. I’m both, depending on the situation. If I feel like my energy and expertise can positively influence my surroundings, I’ll pipe up and share my strengths. If I feel like I could learn a lot from my surroundings - I sit back and listen, and pipe up and ask questions. ... But in both scenarios, I’ve noticed I’m always a key influencer. And I think this comes from my ability to see from so many perspectives and offer ideas and solutions that consider each perspective. I’ve noticed this character trait even more this past year, as I’ve worked with many different industries, providing marketing solutions for a variety of businesses. People ask what makes me good at what I do and I never really knew what to tell them. Now I know. My ability to listen, understand and connect with the room - and then influence business development decisions - and using my observations and talents to articulate the marketing goals of my client. One year later. This, this is what I’m good at. Connecting. Influencing. Articulating. Communicating. Accepting new clients in 2020. Let’s connect.

There’s nothing more that I wanted to do tonight than get into bed and cuddle these two. Deadlines and bills and laundry and groceries and work and everything is piling up - and I’m running on empty again. Need a good recharge and reset this weekend with my little guys.
