How do you Lable & Classify your Database? 1.) Ambassadors are people who support me always and are loyal. I can connect at least one transaction per year to an ambassador; 2.) A- Clients : People who have done a transaction with me and are loyal supporters and referral partners. Through referrals and transactions, I complete a transaction every 1-3 years with an A-Clients;... 3.) B-Client: People who have done business with me, are not established referral partners. Or people who have not done business with me but sent me referrals. Not sure if we are still connected and loyal to each other but they have shown no sign of not working with me at this point. 4.) C-Clients: People who have not done business with me or sent me any referrals yet but have been added to my database and we are working to build our relationship. I remove anyone who has decided to work with another agent if I have not addressed it with a phone call to confirm it is still someone to communicate to.

Developing a habit of doing the things you need to do, regardless of how you feel is a core discipline for success. This means pushing past the I don’t feel like to right now feelings to just owning it, and doing the work.
