Spoke to a customer yesterday from a couple towns away. Always interested to know what we are doing to earn her business, I had to ask. There were a couple reasons, but one was that we are air-conditioned! Is yours? #worththedrive

This post is slow coming out because its not one we are happy to share! To all our customers and staff at 14 Industrial...THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING US. We welcome everyone to wash their laundry at the Bridge St. facility now. Open 6 am - 10 pm for self serve use.

With a fresh coat of floor wax, we think its time to add 3 folding tables again (spaced 6 ft apart)! Please wear your mask, and continue to wait in your car or go home while your wash or dry is going (No chairs or WiFi yet). Together we can beat this! #worththedrive

Social distancing is very important right now. That federal rule wasnt being followed when these two were in our washroom for 30 minutes on Sunday late-afternoon. Nor was LCs rule about who is welcome in our facilities. This has been brought to the polices attention this time. We will always work to make LC a safe place for our customers

Hopefully we arent being too optimistic to report this, but our change machine arrived back from the service depot and seems to be working properly.

Its flu season , and with what were hearing on the news these days the concern about transmitting germs is top-of-mind. At both of our Laundromats we make every effort to keep all surfaces (including the inside of washers) clean and disinfected. Dryers are all set at factory-temps (175 / 135 / 110 F).
