If supplies are running short, beans are a great way to increase the reach of ground meat. I open a can and freeze baggies for a quick and easy addition to meals without waste. Tonight it will find its way into a taco!

I saw this today, great graphic to help ease the guilt. I know I remind myself most days that there are many things beyond my control. Food is no different, we need to let our selves off the hook and work with what we have and where we are at. Nothing we did put us in this situation we are in.
