A challenging time - I'm thinking of you all. Take a deep breath. Stay home. No in-person classes for a while. but online yoga coming soon.

As the current health situation unfolds, I'm considering ways to offer yoga to our community should we be unable to gather. Please comment here or message me if you would be interested in doing yoga classes online with me (live and/or prerecorded) from the comfort of your own home. If there is interest, I will pursue that course of action. Stay healthy out there. Much love.
