Around this time last year, I remember saying everything about my corporate job was pushing me away, and everything about being a VA was pulling me towards it. I was at job that made me miserable. There were absolute jerks to work with, so much drama, overwhelm, gossip, coworkers leaving work from breakdowns and panic attacks, and soooo much negativity in every department. I left in tears many times. And my job was to hire people to work there On top of that, I would pick t...he kids up, make dinner, and start getting them ready for bed and to do it all again the next day. I was missing the playtime, the snuggles, the firsts. I was so desperate for change, so ready for MORE, and my part time hustle as a VA was growing and growing. On March 30, I put in my notice, and in two weeks I peaced it and practically skipped out of there I dreamed of working for myself with dreamy clients, making my own schedule and being able to be home with my young family more. And guess what? I HAVE THAT. And it’s better than I ever even thought in so many ways. Yes, it comes with its own challenges but I love a challenge when it’s my choice to take it on it comes with its own struggles but I’m willing to figure it out for this life and freedom I have There was a time when I prayed for what I have now - and I never forget it
