Trick or treat!

My Christmas sessions start tomorrow. Please...if you or your kids are sick or have been within the last week, let me know, and I'll either find a time to rebook you or refund your money. It's still a really stressful time for many, and I don't want to add to it by anyone getting ill from being at my studio. Also, if you know that you or your children have been exposed to covid - don't come. Again, I will refund. No photos are worth anyone else's families getting sick unneccesarily.

Here we go...start planning your outfits! The sets are gorgeous. Huge huge thank you to Wanda Ranson from Dream Day Bouquet Floral Design - she is an absolute genius! I can't wait to share with everyone!

The first round of Christmas sessions is sold out! Once we see how things look later on in the fall, I may offer another few days...or I maybe will be a total slacker and only do 50 this year Thank you all so much for booking

Weekends are fully booked everyone. Only about 15 spots left. Thank you all so much! I'm very late offering my mini sessions this year. Yay covid. It has been so difficult to navigate the constantly changing rules, lack of clarification for businesses like mine, etc...I could go on and on. I seriously considered not offering any this year, but thinking of not seeing so many of you for your annual Christmas photos just made me sad. I don't want to offer them and then end up... cancelling either, as that is crushing. Then it came to me...I own property now! If all else fails, I'm pretty sure outdoors will remain open . I also have a couple of super large shops with garage doors that could remain open, still offering a covered setting, but fabulous light, so with those possibilities in mind, I'm going to open up booking for 50 sessions. If things look promising later in the fall, and I know I'll be able to use my studio, I'll open up at a minimum of 25 more spots. If we end up doing it outdoors, there may even be a donkey or two in the background!! PM me to book. Deposit of $50 will be collected to hold your space. November 2-14. Keep in mind there is no fall break this year, so if you are able to make it during the week, please book for that and allow weekends for the kids that are in school. See more

The following are four definitions for Headshot or Headshots; 1 A headshot is a modern portrait produced by a professional photographer or agency. To be used by a professional, business owner or a team to brand him or herself through social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Plus and the ‘about us’ page. There are also other ways of using a headshot, such as print media and email correspondence.

I've made the decision to close my studio again. The numbers and the unknown are just too much for me right now to continue indoor sessions comfortably. I have struggled in a huge way with this decision, mostly because I hate letting anyone down. It's obviously not great for my business either, but - there is no $ amount I can imagine that would make anyone being infected through my studio worth it. I am so very sorry for the last few sessions I have left, I truly am, and I hope those who I've notified privately are able to understand.

So...the fine print. Due to the times we are currently in, I have a Covid contract that must be signed prior to your Christmas photo session (no personal information is required, just your signature). If you'd like to have the contract emailed to you so you can read and bring with you the day of photos, please let me know. Otherwise, I will have contracts ready for signing at the session. I realize that we all have different feelings regarding covid. If this is something you... wish not to sign, I'm 100% ok with that, and will happily refund your deposit. Also, now more than ever, PLEASE don't show up sick. If you or your children are unwell, I am totally ok with refunding your deposit, and your honesty is most appreciated. My mom does live in my basement, and I really don't want to bring home any illness to my house. You will be asked to sanitize your hands when you arrive. If you wish to wear shoes for your session, please bring them with you and change at the studio, as outdoor footwear must be removed at the door. I'm trying my hardest to keep all of my clients safe, and I ask that you return the favour for me and the other families coming for photos. Please pm me if you have any questions. See more
