They're open Monday to Thursday 11:00-7:30 and Friday to Sunday even earlier for a breakfast/brunch menu starting at 9:00. Laurentian Brew has some exciting news!! Back in April, Nat (me! One half of our little brew team) was set to open a zero waste store and refillery, called rCo Refillery. As you can imagine, this year has put a damper on the original plans for the store. We were 3 weeks away from opening within a collaborative space at Blendz Smoothie Shop & Healthy Eatery in Pembroke before the shutdown and plans obviously came to a halt. Truthfully I felt the wind let out of my sails. Full... steam ahead changed abruptly with a full stop. But the gears have been turning lately. So much has changed with the business, myself, my family, and Blendz (shout out to Dale and her team for their pivoting success!). Through much discussion and deliberation, we’re excited to announce that rCo will be opening as a small shop in the front of our Laurentian Brew Kombucha brewery in Deep River. We’re so thrilled to have this location in our beautiful little town, and feel this will be the best use of the space. Some of you may be aware that the front room is currently used as my photography studio. Truthfully it has rarely been used throughout this pandemic, and like most would agree, indoor photography is not a prominent business at this time. Outdoor photoshoots will always be available of course! I feel the need to say that this decision comes with no hard feelings between Blendz and myself, in fact we have found some ways to ensure we can still collaborate. rCo will have the Deep River storefront (limited hours at first), and also a variety of products will be available for purchase online for curbside pick up, delivery within town, AND delivery to Blendz as a pickup location for those in the Pembroke area! We hope that this ensures we can reach as many of you as possible and that it keeps the door open for growth and expansion in the future. You all have been so supportive from the get-go and I truly appreciate all of your inquiries and enthusiasm with rCo. So many of you have reached out and encouraged me to keep going and I am so incredibly grateful for this support. I have not nailed down an opening date as of yet (although I have a goal date in mind!) so stay tuned for that and more info on products, hours and refill protocol. Thank you so much for your patience, following along and joining me on this journey to bring eco-friendly, low waste products to the area. I hope we can work together to lift each other up, supporting one another and this beautiful planet we call home.

Congratulations on opening your doors, --!! We're so excited for you! The latest road trip destination and the only café in Calabogie is simply gorgeous. With a stunning interior, a beautiful view of Calabogie Lake, delicious eats, and seriously amazing lattes, Oh-el-la will be added to the "must-visit" list for everyone. Plus, kombucha has been added to the menu so we're super stoked! ... Looking forward to our next visit!

Hey kombucha fans! We hope you're holding up ok! It's been a difficult few weeks for everyone and we've been laying low as much as we can. So low in fact that we forgot to let you know that our seasonal flavour, PINEAPPLE BLISS is back on tap! Usually this time of year, we're all going a little stir crazy. This year certainly a weeeeee bit more than normal! Infused with organic pineapple, coconut water, and orange peel, Pineapple Bliss was created a few March Breaks ago to... whisk your taste buds away to the tropics. We recommend pouring this one into a special glass (perhaps adding a little extra something-something ;) ) and sitting outside in the sun to soak up the rays and breathe in the fresh air. Although it might not seem like it now, this current situation will be behind us soon and we'll be all enjoying booch on the beach come Summertime. But for now, we'll just have sip from home and use our imagination.
