About a year and half ago I cut my hair, something I normally do myself. That particular day I thought I wanted a pixie cut so I decided to use hair clippers. Big big mistake. I had about 1/8 inch of hair left. The only benefit was the ease of styling... haha. Anyway, I haven’t cut my hair again until today. After weeks and weeks, we got some much needed rain two days ago. Its amazing the difference it has made. Our brown lawn is showing a hint of green. We were, and still are, worried about our well. Hoping for more rain in the near future!!

Mia's rose bush is full of roses and it looks like a lot more to come. We might be getting a thunderstorm. I'm hoping it doesn't destroy the roses.

I don't know what it is about these particular moths, but I really love having them around. These two will stay for the day, and sometime early this evening they will leave. We've had quite a few hang around for the day. Usually they are in pairs, but we have seen the odd loner.

As many of you know, we lost our girl Mia on May 16th of this year. She was our sweet BullyBaby. We laid her to rest in a place we could see her everytime we stepped outside. She is missed every single day. We planted this rosebush for her. Its blooming! The grass is coming in. It is going to be beautiful once its all grown and our plans for the area are complete.
