Hi. I put together this short list of self-care ideas that are 1 minute or less. 1 - The next time you wash your hands use a scrub and massage your hands for a minute. 2 - Take a moment to look out into nature or list items in nature trees, mountains, rivers, lakes, etc.... 3 - Notice your breath for a minute. Track the in breath and track the out breath. 4 - List one thing that you are thankful for. You can write it down or say it in your head. 5 - Text a friend and say that you hope they are having a good day. 6 - Make yourself some tea. 7 - Use your favourite essential oil. 8 - Drink a cup of hot lemon water. 9 - If you're feeling overwhelmed or negative you can say to yourself interesting point of view. 10 - Take a moment to notice what you have already been doing for self-care no matter how small. These are tough times for a lot of us. It's more important now more than ever to fit in self-care even if it's just for one minute. Lots of love to you and your family, Laurie
