My apologies to you #lauriesponagleartist blossom followers! It has been almost 2 weeks of behind the scenes work with no FB or IG updates!! Where to begin.... Today - lifestyle pics (your thoughts of this one?) that will be paired with the light box images. Still some work needed to finesse these photo shoots...along with time sanding/painting/prepping the backdrop wall ideas for around the house... And the other 7 days... (ok - math says it should be 12 days but I have... actually been taking the weekends off (well almost all off...)) Let's just say the many tiny items are finally coming together and that there will be one rather big update/thing coming soon. Mind you a final "launch date" is not pinned down just yet... Maybe a few more tiny updates for you soon.

Got a bit artsy with today’s pic And the flower of inspiration? (Not the ivy looking thing!) LMAO, trying to make the flower a blurry red flower on wall took me waaaayyy too long to do. Wanting to be techie, tried finding apps available on cell to take a blurrier picture. ... Over 2 hours later, dragged out my digital DSLR. Only took me about 20 minutes to play with the aperture adjustments... Tomorrow the #lauriesponagleartist flower reveal. The waiting times For paint to dry or glue to dry (this would NOT be a good day to post a video! :) ) Wait times during the prototype/designing stage are when prep work for the production of the rest of the lot is done. Decided to wash those hand scraped boards. Only 2 splinters! And while waiting for them to dry. more measuring tape and calculator time! ... Due to the exciting nature of salvaged materials, sometimes there can be only one. (Okay is anyone else immediately think of the movie Highlander?? Takes me back to Uni and the London England semester where there were 2 guys that could recite the ENTIRE movie!) Or there could be many flowers. How many? And without a lot of waste? Or is there reusable waste? The most important calculations! Alterations to the templates are done if needed to decrease the waste and/or to increase the number of units per board.
