The Laval Bombers would like to congratulate the winners of the annual AFL Quebec Awards night. David Boulerice, Todd Rogers and Bogdan Rotaru were named to the Team of the Year which is always a great honour. Furthermore, Dom Pitchen and Bogdan Rotaru were awarded medals for their consistency in playing all of this years games.... Congratualtions to all the winners.

The Laval Bombers would like to congratulate their very own premiership winning Frenchman Kevin Barranco on being selected to the French team for the 2014 International Cup that will be played this summer in Australia. Bravo Kevin et bonne chance!

We have made the top 2 in spectacular fashion. Next week we will be playing the top team for a place in the Grand Final. Our time is now, lets show everyone else why the Bombers are the reigning Premiers! Go BOMBERS!

The Laval Bombers would like to thank Nathan Jacobs, Kyle Sakaguci and Martin Maierhofer for having donned the red and black during the Pre-Season Tournament this past weekend. This year is looking promising. Bring on the first game of the season!

A massive congratulations to the Bombers who took home gongs last night, including Dom Pitchen (Coach's Award), Kate Albon Sargeant (Angel of the Year, Team of the Year - interchange), Bogdan Rotaru (joint-Best on Ground, Grand Final), Josue Gavida (Team of the Year - Fullback), Rob Gordon (Team of the Year - Coach), and last but not least, Paul Fairbrother, winner of the Anthony Williams Medal for highest goal tally, joint-Best on Ground Grand Final and Team of the Year - Ruck. Well done, everyone, and congrats again to the whole premiership team.

AFL Quebec Awards Night tonight!!! Excitement is building!!! Who will be the big winners on the night??? Make sure we get a great Laval Bombers Team turnout tonight! DRESS TO IMPRESS!!

Quebec Saints will be playing the Ottawa Swans in an end of season 18 a side Co Ed game this saturday (20th October, 2012)at 12.30 in Ottawa (Rideau Carleton Raceway). Anyone interested in playing needs to drop ronan ([email protected]) an email or he can be contacted by phone 1 438 990 8988. Everyone is welcome to play whether you have played before or are completely new to the club or even the sport (Guys, girls ,aussies, non aussies - all more then welcome!). Alot of peo...ple will be staying in Ottawa after to attend the Ottawa Swans Awards night (and need it be said , have a few beers) and again everyone is welcome to attend this (although it might be too late to come for the meal but we can confirm that). Once we have a completed list of who is interested in playing we will do our best to arrange transport to suit everybody. So lets end the season on a high with a good weekend of footy and fun!

Luke Anderson finally returns to Montreal to a wide audience

With the NHL now at a standoff, Montreal is now embracing a new sport in Australian Rules Football. There is so much enthusiasm that the eagerly awaited return of Vincent Mousseau is creating quite a havoc at the airport. This is a picture of all the journalists that are waiting for him!

Round 8 results (full score with goal kickers to follow): Old Montreal Dockers defeated the West Island Eagles in a tough match 9.7-61 to 8.3-51. Laval Bombers on their home ground had a convincing win 11.14-80 to the Montreal Demons 4.11-33. Great effort everyone!
