Уважаемые друзья. Сегодня, в Прощеное воскресение, мы просим вашего прощения, в том числе за повышение цен на выпекаемый нами хлеб. Мы долго сопротивлялись увеличению наших расходов, в том числе на муку, энергию и транспорт. Однако, наше производство основано преимущественно на ручном формовании, что, с одной стороны делает хлеб несравненно вкуснее, но с другой стороны из-за этого большинство наших расходов составляет заработная плата. Поэтому последнее резкое повышение минимальной зарплаты сделало невозможным сохранение прежних цен. В течение февраля и марта вы заметите подорожавший лаваш на полках магазинов. В то же время мы смеем надееться, что истинных поклонников новые цены не остановят. В свою очередь мы будем строже следить за качеством и свежестью хлеба на полках.

Dear friends, during these years we were trying to keep our prices stable, despite change in our costs of main ingredients, energy, and transportation. However, we cannot afford this minimum wage increase. We make our Lavash mostly by hand (the dough likes hands!), and our Lavash is very thin and tasty. We don’t want to lower the quality of our products, that is why we will have to increase our wholesale price, so during these upcoming months (including February), you will notice that our prices will increase in stores. We are sorry for that and hope that our customers will continue buy our Lavash.
