If you are in the Georgina area, we are collecting NON PERISHABLE food items for the Georgina Community Food Pantry, so please, come by and drop something off. ...There has never been a year quite like this one and so many factors are affecting donations. No school based fundraisers, less donations made at grocery stores, and an all around recession that is affecting each and everyone of us. Those of us most affected are often already on the margin, and things like food security can become a real and harrowing issue. Please folks, this one hits home hard, and I want to see us make a difference and turn it around for our little Community Pantry.
