We have received some questions about what if the weather is bad and I booked the tickets already? Could I cancel it because situation happens? Yes, we knew Vancouver's weather. However, Lavenderland located in Richmond, the less raining city. Our cancellation policy is quite simple. Inform us minimum 24hrs ahead for reschedule, or minimum 48hrs ahead for fully refund. In order to book more than one tickets at one time, Please leave the guest number in the message in order to book multiple tickets. For example, if a group with 3 adults (dad, mom, and grandma, and 2 little kids), they should book a family ticket plus one more general adult ticket.
