We just completed a quick little project installing suspended ceilings in a basement. The customer wanted crown moldings along the ceiling so that's what he got. Here is a cool idea from my Dad @guy.laverdiere . . He opted out of putting in heat lines in the basement floor, but wanted heat in the tiled bathroom floor. So in order to keep the tile at the same hight as the finished flooring, he lowered the floor in the bathroom with a pre build frame. Now the whole bathroom floor will be able to have electric heat without adding an extra 3/4" to the finished height. ....
