Today's experiment. Raspberry chipotle candied almonds and peanuts. Not gonna lie. Make a huge mess and I'm not sure if I'll ever get the pot clean, but... wow! Super tasty.

I should have taken the picture before anything was taken but this will do. Dinner tonight..lemon & garlic chicken thighs from the freezer meal workshop. I substituted brocolini for asparagus for no reason except that is what I had. I also split the recipe into 2 meals so we can have it again another night

Italian roasted vegetables tonight. I put the vegetables in a bowl. I drizzled over some Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive out and sprinkled on some Italian Rustico Seasoning Blend. I stirred to coat the vegetables then poured them onto a baking sheet. I cooked at 425 for 20 Minutes. Yummy!!!
