We will also be open tomorrow 03/27 for online pick ups and walk ins College Street Dropout - Soursop Saison - 6.5% ABV. Brewed in collaboration with our friends and neighbours at Folly Brewpub. This one's all about the soursop. The base Saison was designed to elevate soursop's funky pineapple vibes through fermentation-driven ester expression. A blend of our house Saison yeast and several strains of Brett Brux give very tropical character with pineapple, mango, papaya, lemon, and a suggestion of funk.
