Each year, as part of their applied learning, Lazaridis MBA students participate in the Integrated Case Exercise (ICE), affectionately known to students and grads as Live ICE. In this competition, teams use their holistic understanding of business to present a strategic recommendation to a real company and its executives facing a current business issue. The See It Be It STEM It initiative focuses on empowering young girls to pursue education and careers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) by highlighting stories of women like Matty Mayakrishnan (MBA ’15).
