As many of you are aware per Section 22 of the Health Protections Act, new guidelines were placed into effect Sat. November 14th by Niagara officials limiting guests to dine with household members only and/or a maximum of two persons who are essential to maintaining physical or mental health to someone who lives alone. Thi...s order is currently in effect until Jan. 1, 2021. Additionally as of Monday Nov.16th the Niagara region transitions from yellow to orange. Under these provincial restrictions, tables may have a maximum of 4 people seated together, operating hours are being limited to 10pm with the sale of alcohol being reduced to 9 pm. Upon arrival guests must provide contact information for each individual, answer a covid screening questionnaire and confirm household or well being associations. As always we continue to go above and beyond the advice and recommendations set by our public health officials to provide a safe space for our guests and follow their recommendations regardless of our position. We continue to work closely with local policy makers and health officers to offer perspective and voice concerns.
