Dear church family, Are you feeling stressed, frustrated, anxious, concerned by the recent situation in our province of Ontario? Let’s pray together to our God who is sovereign over all! Starting this Sunday until May 31st, If you would like to join us, please indicate in a comment that you will commit to pray for our province. Here are some ideas to guide your prayer time. 1. Spend time in praise and thanksgiving. 2. Pray for direction for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and ...our government, that they would make wise decisions in leading our country. 3. Pray for Premier Doug Ford and Ontario Government for wisdom in decisions regarding COVID, shutdowns, vaccines during this critical time. 4. Pray for frontline and essential workers in Ontario, their mental, physical and spiritual well-being. 5. Pray for those experiencing COVID in Ontario, that deaths would not increase, hospitalizations would decrease and the spread would diminish quickly. 6. Pray for Ontarians dealing with financial, emotional and mental distress due to lockdowns and COVID, that God would open their eyes to see Him at work, that God would bring others into their lives to be a support and encouragement to them, and that they would be able to give their worries to God. If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and I will forgive their sin and heal their land. 2 Chron. 7:14 Thank you everyone!
