Baby steps still get you there! Have the correct timing cover adapter now and the water pump assembly together. That's a slick little cover that allows the use of a sbc water pump. The prior pic had a 341/345 Desoto timing cover on it and the top 2 holes don't line up... there was lotsa changes year to year on these first gen hemis! Next bits are cam, lifters, push rods, rockers, decided on Molnar rods, alt brackets, ps brackets... 2021!
