In our classes we always give a lesson about the boring old soap molecules. Today it seems MUCH more interesting! Keep calm and wash your hands. Bring a water bottle with you and scrub up if you can't find hand sanitizer. Any soap will do! #wegotthis #washyoselfyo

So, I actually JUST did this today. I used my nail to get the rest of the lip balm out of there and I really felt accomplished. We're getting back up on our feet over here, using up old lip balms, planning new recipes for even more awesome ones and well... we also have a lip balm secret to share with you in a week or so! HInt hint The Upkeep Shoppe Stay tuned. Stay warm, and use up those lip balms! (and refill them ok!) x

Another batch of 1000 foot fizzies on route to the @upkeepshoppe in Ottawa. Who's up for learning how to make bath bombs? I may open up a class come spring. Happy Saturday!

Tomorrow from 10-3 @capitalpopup we will have 9 types of soap, and a lot of free smiles to dish out. Provided we make it out of this flooded region we'll be there! We also have to go...because we're organizating this lol. $2 admission in support of @candlelighters1

Join us next weekend in the Glebe for our next @capitalpopup handmade show. Little Jo Berry's will be there with their vegan cafe, fifty artisans will be there and so will we ;). What a great way to raise money for @candlelighters1

Quietly working during naps and downtime to get these bars ready for @capitalpopup on April 28th. We also host that event and have over fifty of our market pals joining together to raise money for @candlelighters1 because they help families who are coping with childhood cancer. We'll be there from 10-3 with these soaps and a few other little things. Thank you for being so patient with me these days
