Salary: $28.04 hourly, as well as $2.75 hourly shift differential, $3.25 hourly weekend premium, as well as $5.00 shift differential for working night shifts. Sifton Family and Youth Services is a residential treatment and secured services facility for youth ages 12-17 displaying emotional, behavioral and/or situational difficulties. Sifton Family & Youth Services is a residential and secured services program, serving youth ages 12-17. Our youth face a variety of challenges, such as: trauma and ACES history, mental wellness issues, and may have developmental disabilities. We value family, culture, and connections. We work within a collaborative environment to provide an individualized plan for our youth and their families. We currently have on call wage opportunities as a Child and Youth Care Worker in a therapeutic treatment focused milieu. Note: Shift work is required, as well as weekends and holidays. Must be available for 3-4 shifts per week. AVAILABILITY A MUST. Qualifications: - Must have a COMPLETED degree or diploma i.e. Child and Youth Care, Criminal Justice (Policing or Corrections), Rehabilitation Services, Social Work, Psychology, etc, we do not accept General Studies.
