Sifton Family & Youth Services is a residential and secured services program, serving youth ages 12-17. Our youth face a variety of challenges, such as: trauma and ACES history, mental wellness issues, and may have developmental disabilities. We value family, culture, and connections. We work within a collaborative environment to provide an individualized plan for our youth and their families. We currently have on call wage opportunities as a Child and Youth Care Worker in a therapeutic treatment focused milieu. Note: Shift work is required, as well as weekends and holidays.
