Salary: $28.04 hourly, as well as $2.75 hourly shift differential, $3.25 hourly weekend premium, as well as $5.00 shift differential for working night shifts. Sifton Family and Youth Services is a residential treatment and secured services facility for youth ages 12-17 displaying emotional, behavioral and/or situational difficulties. Sifton Family & Youth Services is a residential and secured services program, serving youth ages 12-17. Our youth face a variety of challenges, such as: trauma and ACES history, mental wellness issues, and may have developmental disabilities. We value family, culture, and connections. We work within a collaborative environment to provide an individualized plan for our youth and their families. We currently have on call wage opportunities as a Child and Youth Care Worker in a therapeutic treatment focused milieu. Note: Shift work is required, as well as weekends and holidays. Must be available for 3-4 shifts per week. AVAILABILITY A MUST. Qualifications: - Must have a COMPLETED degree or diploma i.e. Child and Youth Care, Criminal Justice (Policing or Corrections), Rehabilitation Services, Social Work, Psychology, etc, we do not accept General Studies. If you are graduating in April, when you apply mark your education complete. - Experience preferred but not required - Successful candidate will be required to have a valid Driver’s License, as well as provide a Drivers Abstract. - Final Candidates will be required to complete a Criminal Record Check (CPIC) and Intervention Records Check (IRC).
