The Service Desk will be closed Thursday and Friday, April 1st and 2nd for the Easter holiday weekend. We will be reopening Monday, April 5th at 8:30 am. Have a safe and Happy Easter!

Blackboard Maintenance Please be advised that Blackboard will be unavailable on Sunday, February 28th between the hours of 7:00am EST and 11:00pm EST. During this time, IT Services will be performing system maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. This outage will not affect OntarioLearn courses.

Microsoft has launched the ability for a Teams presenter to ‘hard mute’ attendees. This feature gives meeting organizers the ability to mute one to many meeting participants while removing the muted participants’ ability to unmute themselves. Microsoft has launched the Large Gallery view in Teams. Large Gallery is an optional feature and can be turned on at any time during the meeting. Large Gallery is available once 10 or more people have turned their video on. Very cool! Check it out! https://tinyurl.com/y5xhquaw
