Hello Burns Lake! We have lots of new arrivals with many more on the way. Today we received the 2020 Minecraft Advent Calendars as well as the 2020 Pokemon Advent Calendars! Here is a small selection of some of the fun new arrivals. And yes, the mini Light Brite actually works!

Hello Burns Lake! We are excited to announce a partial reopening date of June 16th, 2020. We have made the necessary decision to reduce our retail hours for the summer and hope to work back up to expanded hours come the fall. Starting on June 16th we will be open to the public Tuesdays to Thursdays, from 10 am to 3 pm. We will be available via email Monday through Friday for all businesses and organizations that qualify for delivery service, and delivery schedules will rem...ain unchanged. Please note: we are no longer a Purolator depot. Please call 1-888-744-7123 for all Purolator inquiries. In order to minimize the impact of reduced staff hours we will be needing to make some adjustments to our current print services. Please note the following: Design services will be taken on a case by case basis due to potential time constraints. Print-ready jobs will be prioritized. Photo printing can only be processed providing the photos are in given to us in a digital format (flash drive, email, or even a CD :)) Scanning of photos will not be an available service until further notice. Wherever possible, please submit orders and print/design requests via email, phone or fax. This will speed up your order and enable us to better control the amount of people in the store at any given time. We would like to apologize for this very long post. Mostly though, we want to express our most sincere thankfullness to our wonderful community. Thank you for being with us through the normal, and the crazy, times. We would not be surviving this new world if it weren't for all of you. Stay safe everyone. We look forward to seeing you from a two foot distance next week! ;)

Hello Burns Lake! Custom School Kits for WKE, Decker Lake and Grassy are now available in store. Kits are based on the supply lists from each school listed for the 2020/2021 school year and are complete except for optional items. Please note that due to the uncertainty of the coming school year, we are only restocking kits as they sell, which may affect availability closer to the start of school. Also, due to the current new normal, we are not able to accept returns of school kits this year. Kits are available on a first come, first serve, basis. Thank you Burns Lake!

Hello Burns Lake. We have missed you! Please stay tuned for an update on our partial reopening. Hello Burns Lake, Just a notice for the MTG players out there. Our delayed MTG Core 2021 sets are due to arrive this Wednesday! We also have a couple of new Pokemon releases set to arrive Wednesday as well. :)

Hello everyone, For the health and safety of our staff, and due to the current circumstances, we are making the decision to close our retail operations effective this Friday, March 20th, 2020 at 5:30 pm. At this time, we expect to be closed for 2 weeks, but we will be monitoring the situation and adjusting as needed. During this time we will still be checking emails, and we will still be processing orders. Deliveries will be available at least once a week for those business...es that are remaining operational and needing printing services or stationery supplies. For the closure, the best way to reach us will be through email, rather than phone messages. Please be sure to email [email protected] to get the quickest response. For Purolator customers: packages will be available here until this coming Friday, March 20th, at 4PM. We will post a notice on Facebook and on our door letting people know where they can pick up their packages in the meantime. Thank you everyone for your support and understanding. Hello Burns Lake! We are heading into a very busy season and want to give everyone a heads up on the current turn around times for print services. Please take the following into consideration as we don't want to dissapoint anyone. Print ready jobs: same day up to 3 days. Jobs requiring minor editing: 1 day up to 1 week.... Jobs requiring design services or specialty finishes: 1 to 3 weeks. Please note, in order to keep the print queue flowing as best we can, and to keep up with other work, we are making some reductions to our design services. Standard design will still be available, as well as business forms and cards, but services on specialty design and larger design projects have been reduced. Thank you Burns Lake for supporting us! We wouldn't be busy enough to talk about queues if it weren't for this awesome community! We are working hard to be as efficient and quick as possible and thank you for your understanding.

Hello Burns Lake. We want to give everyone a heads up that Amazon packages coming in via Purolator are not displaying the phone numbers on the packages as per usual. We hope Amazon will get the labels fixed soon, but in the meantime we are not having luck contacting customers to let them know they have a Purolator package for pickup. If you are expecting an Amazon package this week please stop in the store or give us a call to see if your package has arrived. Hello Burns Lake! Lots of new stock has arrived with lots more coming! The new arrivals include LEGO advent calendars, more LEGO, Playmobil, NERF, and Sqishables. Thinking Putty, even more LEGO, more Playmobil, the new Pokemon release and lots more are also due to arrive in the next two weeks. :) *please note...by the time this picture was posted the Star Wars advent calendars had already sold. We have only 3 more arriving early November.

Hello Burns Lake! We are so happy to report that nearly half of the students of Grassy Plains parents received donated school supply kits through the kind donations of several wonderful individuals last week. It was so wonderful to see the response! And now, Rio Tinto is generously donating the supplies for the remaining registered Grassy Plains Students! Thank you everyone! And a special thank you to Katie Blackwell for thinking up such a wonderful idea!

Hello Burns Lake! We are excited to say we have had 23 Kits donated to Grassy parents to help them be as ready as they can for the school year. Thank you so much to those who have donated! If you would like to donate a school kit to a Grassy family we still have 8 students (so far) on the request list waiting for a kit. All donated kits come with a free backpack!

Hello Burns Lake, The amazing and hard working volunteers at the Gathering Place came up with a great way to help support our Southside familes. If you would like to purchase a Grassy Plains school supply kit for donation you can stop in to LDFC. We are including a free backpack with every donation. The donated kits will be held at LDFC and distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Hello Burns Lake! As some of you may already know, as of June 22nd, 2018 we are no longer the UPS agent in Burns Lake. We are still here for all of your Purolator needs, but UPS is now being handled separately. We have been receiving requests from customers to hold their UPS packages at the store for them to pickup. Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, we are unable to do this. If you have a parcel coming in from UPS, or if you have a shipment for UPS, please contact... 1-800-PICK-UPS. In the meantime, we are still here for all of your Purolator pickups, shipments and inquiries. Thank you!
