London Music Club Revives Live with songwriters POESY and Eleanor Gebrou. POESY is quickly rising to her rightful place as one of Canada's most exciting, emerging artists. Centered on a deep and powerful signature vocal she has garnered the attention of tastemakers and toured Canada extensively. POESY was initially discovered after she appeared on the first season of hit Canadian music show, THE LAUNCH. Her performance captivated the judges and the hearts of millions across t...he country. Her incredible breakout performance propelled POESY to new heights yet unseen, landing her a major label deal with Big Machine Records. Met with an incredible reception, captivating audiences with her soaring vocals and extraordinary talent, her single "Soldier Of Love" rapidly climbed the ranks of Canadian music charts - debuting at #1 on the iTunes All Genres Chart and landing in the Billboard Top 40. My name is Eleanor and I've been playing music for as long as I can remember. I am London born and bred, and song is very much part of my family/friend dynamic it feels like a natural extension of my personhood. My voice has a soulful R&B quality, though my writing is influenced by countless genres. For me, good music is about bringing voice to experiences of truth in the least contrived way possible. Lately, I have been writing and singing as much as Covid-19 has permitted me, my debut E.P A Late Bloom will be dropping later this year.
