After the community left, at ...1:30am when there were 3 people left in the unit, TPS busted down the door after getting a email from the property manager. Be on the lookout for this door. This is a similar door to the one stolen from a London tenant's apartment early Friday morning. It's a similar colour, solid wood, very heavy, and likely required two people to carry. The heritage window 44x 46 was also stolen. The landlord won't replace door or window and the unit not secure. Update on tenant whose door was stolen: London Tenants' Association contacted the landlord investor (also a realtor) and they said they could not afford to replace the door. Last night an LTA member (single mom with annual income of $12,000) purchased a used TEMPORARY door with her baby bonus money and delivered it in a taxi and helped install.
