It's a sunny/snowy day here in Wasaga Beach. We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. Its a great time to be a crafter. More bracelets being made and ready for charms. I’m very excited about D’s creation he made over the weekend. Using various sizes of non magnetic hematite along with magnetic hematite 8mm beads, I find it quite striking! It fits loose and has lovely weight to it. Like other genuine stone beaded bracelets, hematite warms gradually with your body and feels very nice to wear. Definitely my (L) favourite stone. We are taking a look to see how many of these we can make and will have up for grabs soon!!

Here at L&D Treasures we love creating beautiful jewellery, trinkets and treasures but we also have a passion for vintage pieces. Saving a timeless piece of jewellery from a landfill brings us such joy, so you can imagine how excited we were when this gem came into our possession! When we received it, it was dull and coated with years of grime from sitting around in a plastic bag for decades. With some TLC and some great jewellery cleaner, it’s true beauty was discovered.
