Welcome to Little Leaders Childcare Centre (LLCC). We provide a rich learning environment where your child will explore, interact, and learn through the many facets of play. A wide range of learning activities will stimulate mental development, social skills, large and small motor development, creative and emotional skills. Children are regularly exposed to letters, numbers, colours, shapes, new vocabulary and name recognition. Each child will be treated as a special individual and will be taught to respect and be kind to others. Our belief is that children need to have a positive self-image. We develop that image through a variety of age appropriate play and learning materials that promote an "I can do it" attitude. At LLCC we provide guidelines, model acceptable behaviour and use positive reinforcement to encourage each child to be independent and confident. Toys, activities and materials are routinely changed to adapt to the children's social, emotional and cognitive needs and abilities as they develop and grow.
