Apologetics This course explores the purpose and methods of defending the faith through apologetics. The student will be presented with absolute proofs of the existence of God. How the Scriptures were preserved and translated will also be explored. A brief outline of church history will be introduced.

Acts This course will look at the importance and relevance of the book of Acts for the church today. The history and authorship of the book of Acts will be discussed. The events surrounding the birth of the church on the Day of Pentecost will be studied as well as the plan of salvation presented by Peter and how this plan was carried out throughout the book of Acts.

Leadership- Course Highlight This course will cover some of the basic concepts of biblical leadership. It will profile some of the important traits and accomplishments of biblical leaders. It will explore some the basic principles of leadership, challenges to competent leadership, and the importance of vision.

New Birth- Course Highlight The New Birth is the essential Christian doctrine of salvation. It is imperative to understand what God’s plan of salvation is and why we believe what we do. Every Christian should have a ready answer for the question, Why must I be saved?

Old Testament Survey-Course Highlight This course explores the structure of the Old Testament, its writers, and the intent/themes of each book. This course is ...designed to familiarize the student with the contents and importance of the Old Testament. It will explore the covenants of the Old Testament and how these covenants contained prophecies, types and shadows that were fulfilled in the New Testament. See more

Spiritual Gifts This course explores the biblical model of ministry as it is presented in the New Testament. It will look at the various groups of ministries/gifts in the church; the equipping ministries (leadership ministry), the Spiritual gifts, and the service gifts or ministries. Each of the gifts/ministries in these groups will be defined. The involvement of every believer in some form of ministry in the church will be stressed as important both to the growth of the believer and of the church.

Integrity & Ethics This course explores the importance of integrity and ethics in a biblical context. The principles of integrity and ethics will be applied in a practical way to daily life, and relationships with family and friends. Christian ethics for church leaders will be covered as well as guidelines for moral purity and honouring pastoral leadership.

Discipleship- Course Highlight This course will explore some principles and methods involved in increasing retention and productivity of converts won through our evangelism efforts. We will look at the importance of discipling new believers and why new believers struggle and sometime leave. We will also look at Biblical examples of discipleship and how these principles can be applied to the church today.
