So far still an easy going baby which is why I can return to a modified schedule so soon! ... My schedule is open online or you can contact me to book massage appointments. Can’t believe we are a family of 6 One week old... Surprise! We welcomed a beautiful baby boy December 4th. Judah Francis was born in a hurry last Friday morning- He waited just long enough for his siblings to get picked up and the midwives to arrive and the birth pool to be only a third full...but all was well with this very healthy 8lbs 9.5oz young man and his mama! We have been enjoying a very quiet and relaxing first week. Judah is such a pleasant baby so far! His brot...her and sisters are so in love. My favourite thing to watch are these siblings Thank you everyone for your check-ins, prayers, well wishes, gifts and food dropped off too! We haven’t had to cook all week! Definitely feeling the love. Thank you Family Health Midwives thank you for your incredible care through pregnancy, speedy arrival, wonderful birth support and continued postpartum care! Thank you to @elenasarasom who joined us as my friend and ever talented videographer, we are so excited to have these memories captured! And Curtis, my amazing husband, father, partner and relentless support for 4 amazing home water births-I couldn’t do this without you (I know...obviously but also seriously!)

Starting to feel that third trimester exhaustion...and counting down the weeks for real now! My massage schedule is open until Remembrance Day and I would love to see you once more!
