A return customer had us replace the rest of their fence, after having us replace the shared section of their fence last season. I guess they liked our work! A Pressure Treated Brown frame, with cedar fence boards does look nice. We also fixed up the paving stone edge, and added some rock mulch to the fire pit area.

A House going up for sale needed a quick little backyard turn around. Say goodbye to a yard of rock, and hello to 6" of fresh top soil and sod. We were able to re-purpose the gravel in this project, saving on removal and disposal costs for our client. Providing a quick, attractive, budget friendly backyard revamp. Before and After Pictures.

Another Fence! This time a little more open concept friendly, and I think it looks much better then regular old chain link fencing.

A compacted front yard, with poor growing medium making it hard to grow anything. A little Roto-till action with some soil amendment and sod / fertilizer. Looks much better now!

After and Before Pictures. Removal of an old, leaning and bowed retaining wall. Not built to code, and built within property setbacks. 4"x4" posts only 10" into the ground without concrete, with some cable tie backs into the yard. Back filled with construction debris. (No wonder it was failing). We installed a 2 Tiered retaining wall, each tier under 1 meter in height. 4" x 6" Pressure Treated Posts, with 2" x 8" rough cut Douglas Fir for the wall itself (we stained both ...sides before installation). Drainage installed at the base of both retaining walls. We added some steps into the setback area, to meet code (no permanent structures allowed). We were able to find a solution to the old retaining wall, and saved in Engineering Fees, Permits, Inspections by changing this 5' tall 1 Tier retaining wall built into setbacks, into 2 x retaining walls out of setback areas. Also this design really opened up the yard, while inside the house / back area, and made it not feel so claustrophobic, while increased usable yard area.

Yard has been badly damaged from a couple years of Dog Business. We stripped the old sod, added loam and re-sodded the area. We added a dog run to the side of the house, with access from deck to prevent further dog damage to the yard. We also added a raised planter for vegetables / flowers

Installation of Cedar Deck, with Hidden Fasteners on Deck Blocks. Bench and Planting Boxes. Stained. A joint project with Don at DynaMC Landscaping Addition of 10mm Rundle in place of grass, with existing Rundle Flagstone re purposed to provide a pathway around the deck to the rear garage. ... We were able to reuse some larger boulders as steps, with a cedar cap for the top step. Turned out pretty good I think.
