This photo speaks volumes of what I want to do for my future clients and their family!! . There is a misunderstanding of what a doula is And what they are there for. Doula’s help the mother but also the spouse! They help emotionally, mentally, physically and sometimes even spiritually. Every woman would benefit from the support and encouragement from another woman in such a life changing experience. Also many women fear the pain that comes with labor. Knowledge is power ladies! You got this!! If you can control your mind and the power within it, you can succeed. I would love to support you through this beautiful journey. Please spread the Doula Love Please share.

Should you breastfeed during the COVID-19 pandemic? Absolutely. Breastmilk is rich in nutrients and antibodies - helping protect babies from infections, diarrho...ea and pneumonia. Breastfeeding, starting within the first hour of birth, provided exclusively for six months, and continued for up to two years or beyond is one of the most powerful ways to give children the healthiest start to life.

Maybe someone needs to be reminder of our happiness triggers
Fresh baby toes. Whenever and however you give birth, your experience will impact your emotions, your mind, your body, and your spirit for the rest of your life. Don't forget to bring your sense of humor to your labor. If a woman doesn't look like a Goddess during labor, then someone isn't treating her right. Ina May. ... The biggest benefit of a doula, according to Dr. Shah, is having someone in your corner during an emotionally intense experience, but research suggests there may be more concrete benefits, too. In 2014, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine said that studies have found that labor support from someone like a doula can help improve labor and delivery. A 2017 Cochrane R...eview of 26 medical studies, for example, found that women who had continuous support during labor were less likely to use pain medications or have cesarean deliveries than women who didn’t have such support. They were also more likely to have shorter labors and vaginal births without instruments; and their newborns were less likely to have poor vital signs 5 minutes after birth. Mothers who had continuous labor support were also more satisfied overall with their birth experiences. https://www.google.ca//doula.amp.html%3f0p19G=0232 Get in Touch if you’re interested!
