N e w C l i n i c P o l i c i e s In response to COVID-19, there will be many changes in the clinic to protect you and your family, such as: Prescreening surveys will be sent out 2 hours prior to appointments to ensure anyone experiencing symptoms of illness stay home... Waiting in your vehicle, or at least 2m from the clinic entrance until we are ready for you - one in, one out! Upon entrance to the clinic, all clients are to be masked, asked to remove their shoes and utilized the provided alcohol based hand sanitizer Cleaning & disinfecting after each patient interaction of all work surfaces, clinic equipment, door handles, chairs and hand railings, etc Contactless payments & going paperless - receipts and exercise sheets will be provided via email I will also be monitoring for any symptoms of illness, wearing a mask and work only scrubs/shoes while in clinic & as always using proper hand hygiene Please review the details of all clinic policies & procedures that have been emailed to all clients. I kindly ask for your patience & understanding as we navigate this new normal together! If you have ANY questions, concerns or recommendations, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Meet Cooper This handsome 3 year old Bernedoodle came into the office when his owners noticed splaying in his back right leg and evasion of touch in his low back. Upon examination, there was a severe lack of movement in his right SI (sacroiliac) joint which resulted in very tight low back and pelvic musculature. He also presented with a right shoulder hike, which ended up being from an improper fitting harness (quick & easy fix!) His treatment plan consisted of adjustments, soft tissue therapy and lots of rehabilitation exercises! Cooper now comes in for bi-monthly check ups to keep him moving & feeling his best!

Meet Malaki This sweet 4 year old Siberian Husky was rescued all the way from Bahrain! After his long journey to Canada, his mom wanted to make sure he was moving & feeling his best. Upon examination, joint restrictions were found in his neck and pelvis along with some hypertonic muscles, which were affecting his ability to properly extend the hip. Treatment included adjustments, soft tissue therapy and some rehabilitation exercises to ensure stability of his recovery!

Willow This 12 year old golden was having mobility issues around her home, and her family noticed she wasn’t experiencing the highest quality of life possible. Over the past two months, I worked on pelvic and shoulder adjustments, paw mobilizations, as well as increasing her range of motion in her neck and strengthening her hips with simple exercises. After treatments, she’d run around like a young pup for awhile. This sweet girl crossed rainbow bridge not too long ago, which is never an easy decision. I’m so honoured to have played a small role in her care, and helped make her last couple of months happier & more comfortable. This is the tough part of my job, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Rest In Peace Willow
