In correction it is not sufficient to thrust or force a vertebra into line. It is essential to remember that we must rectify the whole gravity line before we can adjust the local lesion or keep it adjusted. This means that the osteopathic lesions is not merely a maladjusted vertebra, series of vertebrae or soft tissues.
