Do you have a special 'sit spot'? Do the children and youth in your life? I've had many special places I go to for comfort, but I'm not always good at just sitting. I need to work on slowing down and actually stopping. My one-acre lot is a refuge - and there are many nooks and crannies I love. Maybe I'll try to designate a special sit spot or two.
