Can wait to make these!!! These Brownie Santa Hats are a perfect holiday dessert and a great way to celebrate National Brownie Day! Brownie Santa Hats 1 pkg. Chocolate Lover’s Fudge Brownie Mix... cup butter, melted 2 large eggs 2 Tbsp. water Chocolate icing Buttercream icing Strawberries Heat oven to 350F. Grease or spray bottom of 8"x 8" baking pan. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl; stir until moist. Spread batter in baking pan, filling corners. Bake 25-28 minutes. When brownies are cooled, ice with a thin layer of chocolate icing then decorate with butter cream icing and strawberries. https://sunsetgourmet.ca//chocolate-lovers-fudge-brownie-/
Thank you to Shannon Godfrey from Newburgh, Ontario for this recipe for Rockin’ Raspberry Filled Puff Pastry! 1 egg + 1 Tbsp. of water 2 sheets store bought puff pastry Sugar... Filling: 1 pkg. Rockin’ Raspberry Cheesecake Dip & Dessert Mix 1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened 2 cup Cool Whip 1 cup fresh raspberries Combine cream cheese and Rockin’ Raspberry Cheesecake Dip & Dessert Mix, fold in Cool Whip; set aside and refrigerate. Preheat oven to 400F. Whisk the egg and water together to make an egg wash. Lay one of the sheets of puff pastry on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and lightly brush it with the egg wash. Lay the second sheet of puff pastry on top and chill in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. This will make the pastry easier to cut evenly. Using a sharp knife cut the pastry into 9 squares. Spread the squares out a couple of inches apart. Lightly brush the tops with the egg wash and sprinkle granulated sugar. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until evenly golden brown. Cool completely. With a sharp serrated knife, cut each of the baked pastries in half horizontally. Spread a heaping tablespoon of Rockin’ Raspberry prepared mix on the bottom pastry portion, top with fresh raspberries and the top half of the pastry.

Not only are these Peppermint Fudge Brownie Bites irresistibly cute, but they are also made with our GLUTEN FREE Chocolate Lover’s Fudge Brownie Mix! You will need: 1 pkg. Chocolate Lover’s Fudge Brownie Mix cup butter, melted... 2 large eggs 2 Tbsp. water Red decorating icing 30 Hershey’s Candy Cane Kisses Coat mini-muffin pan bottoms with vegetable spray (do not use paper liners). Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl; stir until moist. Place teaspoonfuls of batter into mini-muffin pan and bake 13-17 minutes at 325F. Remove from oven and let cool. Run a thin knife blade around the edge of muffin cupsto release brownie bites. Cool on a baking rack. Once cooled, place a dime-sized dab of red icing in the centre of each Brownie Bite and press a Hershey’s Candy Cane Kiss into each dab.
