Until I became a Plant Spirit Medicine healer and started to learn more about the 5 elements in nature, I had no idea just how deeply our nature allies can support us in living our purpose and overcoming the self-doubt created by our minds. I made a Youtube video that shares what I mean and invites you to join my 7 Day Nature Connection Challenge. I hope you enjoy it! https://youtu.be/_nG-cYWS4pQ
A great video that my husband, Scott, made that explains why we decided to make our honeymoon a 3-month long camping trip across Canada.
On this snowy wintry evening, your garden is resting for the warmer days ahead. Some of the seeds that will nourish you in the upcoming warmer months might be currently lying dormant in your garden as you read this, and others you will find with delight at Guelph Seedy Saturday. Looking forward to seeing you there!
Love this video, where my Plant Spirit Medicine teacher, Eliot Cowan, tells the story of a special place, alive with plant spirits, called The Blue Center.
Did you know about this prophecy? Getting involved with it would be a gift to all of us.
Ever wonder how to tell if it's your Heart of Ego speaking? Here's how I discern.
Had a fun discussion about art, nature and plant spirits with Lauren Lavery, host of International Art English CFRU 93.3FM. You can listen to the May 7th recording in the archives at: http://cfru.ca/recordings/320

We're back from our Canada Parks Honeymoon Tour! Enjoy this blogpost which summarizes the highlights of our trip and my tribute to our nature allies :)
Whale watching in Newfoundland with Scott Williams. The humpbacks are amazing creatures.
Was impressed by the planetarium show called Under The Same Stars: Minwaadiziwin at Science North. Got to learn about some constellations that play important roles in Indigenous Anishinaabe stories. Thanks Olathe Jean MacIntyre. Xo
Saw lots of black bears in Northern British Columbia doin' their bear thing. Our Canada Parks Honeymoon Tour is going well. We're in The Northwest Territories now and are gonna spend time with the MacKenzie River today.
Really loved Yoho and Kootenay National Parks. How lucky we are to be supported by nature allies who also inspire us with their beauty.
