I always have a pack of puff pastry in freezer , and whenever I crave for pie I just collect all the leftovers from the fridge to make a pie out of them. -Making puff pastry at home !? Forget it, lots of mess and hassles. You can always find a good quality puff pastry dough in super markets,ready to use and already rolled for you. , The best way to defrost your dough is to put it in the fridge a night before so it will be nice and cold to play with. -In this recipe chicken can substitute beef or you can skip the meat and make a vegetarian version of this pie with vegetables of your choice
