Grace LeClair, a support staff member at LeClair Cremation Centre, read It’s OK that You’re not OK as an assignment for school and felt it was necessary to share the book with others. Megan Devine, the author, aims to stray away from the get over it approach to grief by teaching the reader about different ways grief presents itself and and how to cope with these experiences. This book is not only beneficial for bereaved individuals, but also for those who hope to support others around them experiencing grief. https://www.amazon.ca/Its-That-Youre-Not-Under//1622039076
