Happy Autumn yogis I’ve dropped off of social media lately due to the busy nature of studying Kinesiology, teaching, working and volunteering. With this in mind, I’m staying proactive to care for my mental health by slowing down with grounding practices. Sometimes grounding can be as simple as pausing to appreciate the beauty in the little moments.... What little moments are helping you to feel grounded as we enter this new season? I’m enjoying the beauty in taking care of my plants... my jalapeno plant is finally flowering and it feels so good! A daily yoga practice is also a great way to remain grounded during change.
