We understand that the community is excited for the upcoming ball season but please refrain from entering the ball diamonds at this time. Parks has noticed an increased amount of both human and animal tracks in the shale. The shale is too soft for play and premature usage will increase the maintenance Parks needs to do to get the diamonds ready for the spring. In addition, please stay off the outfield turf as it is still dormant and playing on it will damage it for the seaso...n. Also, please remember that NO dogs are permitted in the area. Thank you for your cooperation - we will let the public know when the area is open for use.
