QuickBooks Labs offers us SmartScan for your QBO! Yes, this is in Canada. By turning on this feature QBO can find 5 issues in your data: vendors with no physical address, duplicate cheque numbers in the same bank account, cheques without a payee name, large expenses that may actually be capital purchases and old cheques not cleared or voided. YAY!

Great enhancements to QuickBooks Desktop 2018 including multi-monitor support, remain logged in, cash/accrual toggle on reports, PAST DUE stamp on invoices and enhanced inventory reports in QBDT Premier and Enterprise!
