Don's new vlog has been posted on YouTube. "My client wants to change his house into a church, so I went to the city to do some zoning research as part of the initial design stage. Based on the information from the city, the house is located in an R2 zone, and all R-zones are allowed to be used for institutional and recreational purposes. So a church is allowed in the zone!... However, we have to comply with setback requirements, parking spot regulations, and so on. . My Client will decide if he wants to go through with the preliminary consultation meeting with the city to carry on with the project. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!
