Orion Nebula last night from Kitimat. I purchased a star tracker before last summer only to go months without seeing a clear night sky. The last few nights we have had a sky full of stars. My first time testing out my 200-600 mm lens on deep space objects.

A few weeks ago I came across this little Northern Saw-whet Owl sleeping early in the morning. This was only a few days after telling a friend I don't see owls here in the North.
Wesach Falls near Rosswood, BC. - I love getting to explore waterfalls around the province. I plan to make it back here when its covered in ice and snow in a few weeks. #waterfallsfordays #pnwonderland #explorebc
Beautiful grizzlies getting prepared for the winter. Northern BC has some amazing wildlife. This is my first time getting to see grizzly bears this year. So happy I got to capture a cool momemnt.
Two weeks ago, I drove from Jasper to Sunwapta Falls on the Icefields Parkway to capture a sunrise. This meant getting up at about 5 am. The image turned out to be one of my favourite waterfall shots. It is even better than the sunrise photo I captured in the same place covered in snow.

Clearwater, BC - A little beauty after a storm
There are many eagles close to the beaches near home this week. Yesterday there were about 6 or 7 flying around. Today there were even more than that sitting on the beaches. They are beautiful to watch in flight
A timelapse of the drive to Stewart, BC with the final stop at Bear Glacier. Shot on my GoPro Hero 8 mounted to my hood. This was my set up I tried to make happen for Hawaii but left a part home leaving me to handhold it on all the drives. Song - Into The Blue by Luwaks. This is meant to be a virtual tour, so feel free to share.
