Hello Everyone. I wanted to take the time to clarify what a "true emergency situation" is during these times. "Oral-facial trauma, significant infection, prolonged bleeding or pain which cannot be managed by over-the-counter medications" as per RCDSO. Those of you who know us well can often speak about coming in for an emergency and leaving with a wisdom tooth removed, root canal started and finished, or a crown made and cemented. THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE! ... First, emergency cases will be managed by telephone or videoconference. Click on the "Send Message" button or call our office. Various platforms available.
