Hey there! . We are Amanda and Jon, investor couple! We live in Ontario, Canada in the Kitchener/Waterloo area. We love to ski, swim, travel (we miss travelling ) and we love playing with our kids! (They’re 9 and 7) . Amanda has been retired since our youngest was born and Jon still works in the HVAC industry. The goal is to replace his income through real estate investing. We are well on our way to being out of the rat race completely!... . We bought our first home at age 20 and have had the real estate bug ever since. We started seriously investing in 2017 and currently have six doors. Three here in our market and three in Moncton, NB. Another #BEFORE and #AFTER! . This old ugly basement living area has been transformed into a beautiful modern bright space. This particular room was originally going to be a second bedroom. We decided to make it a living room instead to give the tenant a better quality space. . Do you like it?

We filled the basement unit at the Bruce St. duplex! We really took our time to make sure we found a solid tenant who was going to jive well with our upper tenant. It’s an awesome young, professional couple who are really excited about the place. We also increased our income by renting the garage to them! They will be moved in before the end of the month! . Now to send over the lease for signing and start preparing their welcome basket!

First small batch of personalized letters going in the mail! The search for off-market deals is on! . Our unaddressed mail campaign also goes out this week to the first 6000 homes. . we get some calls! It’s all about consistent effort! We will continue to send out personalized letters to our driving for dollars properties as well as continual mailings through Canada Post.... . Hello everyone! We wanted to share a little bit about us! We are a couple in our early 30s with two children, ages 9 and 6. They are our world and everything we do is with them in mind. All our lives, even before children, we have worked our butts off for our family. We are building a solid financial future which will give us the freedom of time and location so we can live life on our own terms. We also want to be in a position to help our aging parents when they need us, si...nce they were there for us when we needed them. Working a 9-5 job for 40 years is great for some people, but not us. Amanda was able to retire from the workforce 7 years ago and with the help of our real estate portfolio, I am excited to do the same in the next few years to become a full time investor. Real estate is a fantastic investment when done right and can allow you to wake up when you want, go wherever you want in the world, buy that sports car or boat you’ve always wanted and simply be able to enjoy life the way you want it, not the way someone tells you it should be. Ever wished you could drop a $100 bill on the table at a restaurant and change someone’s life? Same here...real estate is our way there. Our drive to create a low-stress lifestyle for our family and create abundance is so strong that we will stop at nothing to have it. We don’t just want that for us, we also want to help others get there too. That’s why our main focus is working with others on real estate deals. We don’t want to keep it all for ourselves. Creating wealth for ourselves and others is our mission. Most of us are not happy with the returns we get on our retirement investments and are looking for a better way.
