Hey knitting peeps!! We’re in the planning stages of our next knit along! The Taniko Cowl by knitwear designer Francoise Danoy. . The Taniko Colorwork Cowl is a pattern where you get to CHOOSE which stitch pattern you wish to use for your own special cowl. There are 5 different stitch motifs included with the pattern, each featuring the designers interpretation of traditional Maori weaving motifs, called Taniko.... . Each motif has it’s own meaning, which the designer covers in the pattern. Totally doable for first time color workers and fun for those stranded knitting fans! . We will be launching our KAL with a start date of March 3rd and be posting some curated kits by the end of the week. This KAL will be hosted via FB group so those far and wide can participate! . So, WHO IS IN?? . . . #knitwithllfm #kal #joinusandknit #colorwork #tnikocowl See more

In celebration of Family Day! Amy and I have been blessed on so many levels with supportive family and friends throughout the journey of LLFM. I can’t help but feel a sense of connection when I watch this....it includes only a fraction of those that are the fabric of our family based business, but nonetheless reminds me of the web of love, growth and dedication that goes into any family. Family, the fabric of our lives .... . See more
It's a long weekend, Thanksgiving, I love this time of year... be sure you have enough yarn for the long weekend!!!
The anticipated reveal of the purple door!! It’s time to share our BIG, HUGE, WIDELY EXCITING NEWS! We’re EXPANDING!!! . This next step in the evolution of Legacy Lane Fiber Mill has been a part of our vision for a very long time. ... We knew if we kept putting one foot in front of the other, making it our mandate to produce quality products, building a solid loving work team, devoting energy to creating meaningful relationships with our customers and clients while working our hynes off, this day would come!!!! Timing is everything and despite the adversity of today’s world we took a big leap of faith and signed over ownership of this iconic brick beauty. We’d be lying if we told you we weren’t terrified a little, but as the saying goes, great things never come from comfort zones. . We are SO incredibly thankful for the opportunity to get to turn the page on this next chapter and can’t wait to share the space with you all. . So.....as of NOV 2nd 2020, you will find Legacy Lane’s yarn and gift shop at 681 Main St, Sussex!! Yes we will keep our location at 56 Vail Ct, where the mill currently lives. We will expand that space into more studio and classroom, moving all retail to Legacy Lane on Main! . There are so stinking many people that helped make this possible we’d never be able to list them all....thank you from the bottom of our hearts, forever grateful. We can’t wait to see all of our current customers, new customers that haven’t yet found us and all the customers we’ll gain from the folk looking for Cooperators Insurance, ha ha! Keep watch for details on our grand opening and some chances to win some free LLFM swag through social media sharing. In the meantime, go and tell all your friends the news!! . . . See more

BIG, BIG, BIG things in the works and on the horizon for LLFM... . Purple suggests abundance and luxury, fantasy and the world of dreams. It enhances spiritual pursuits and enlightenment. Physiologically, it heightens people's sense of beauty and their reaction to more creative ideas.... It is often used to denote a high quality or superior product. Unusual and individual, creative, inventive and intuitive Humanitarian, selfless and unlimited mystery and the future. ~info above sourced from good ol’ Google . This purple door will lead to a new world of possibilities for us, growth that we have dreamed, manifested and worked our butts off to achieve! And we can’t wait to tell the world more about this purple door, where it leads, what it will mean for our little town and our ever growing natural fiber biz!!! Stay tuned!!!! . . . . #llfm #legacylanefibermill #growth #canhardlycontainmyself #681 #newbeginings #entrepreneurlife #movingonup See more
